What screams ‘Summer vibes’ more than a delicious fruit smoothie from Core Collective. Our favourite right now is their Tropical Turmeric, here’s what you need to make it at home:

200-300ml coconut milk

1 scoop of protein

1 large handful frozen mango

1 teaspoon of turmeric (don’t go crazy!)

Pinch of black pepper

Little or no ice, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
